Respite, Skill Development, Companionship, Mentorship, Community Engagement
We are a team of professionals with various backgrounds in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Developmental Service Work, or other backgrounds and experiences that are unique to the needs of the individual.
Our shared mission is to provide goal focused support to individuals. We believe in a strong team approach, we will have a 1 hour consultation meeting ($42.40) to discuss general needs and ideas, we will then schedule our 1 hour planning meeting ($132.50) where we will create an individualized program based on interests, short term and long term goals and barriers. This program is then implemented during ongoing sessions with the worker, it is reviewed monthly and updated as progress is made or new ideas come along or change.
Minimum service is 1x/week for 2 hours $42.40/hour

College or University Grads from: Recreation and Leisure Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Social Work, Developmental Service Work, Psychology, Child and Youth Work

Group Outings

Monthly social outing planned and hosted by our team. 1:6 ratio, may involve additional fees for food/drinks. Fee will include any admission costs and hourly rate.
